ShadowChaser3D

ShadowChaser3D is an innovative application for improving one's golf swing. ShdaowChaser3D uses a 3D animated teacher to demonstrate a perfect swing. Since this is a 3D animation, it can be viewed from any angle. The teacher is used in two ways:

• the swing is annotated with useful tips illustrated by "props" in the animation. As the student advances the animation through the swing, the tips and "props" change appropriately.

• the teacher can be placed in front of a still picture of the student or a video of the student and can be made translucent so that the student can make a direct comparison between what he is doing and what he should be doing.
